SWE-KC Goals 2010-2012 Commitment:

SWE-KC leadership commits to providing a balance of programming during 2010-2011 that supports SWE’s National goals, grows the SWE-KC community into a sustainable organization and
positively impacts the Kansas City community.

In order to achieve the 2010-2012 commitment, SWE-KC leadership developed the following SMART goals aligning with SWE National Goals. The goals are listed in order of priority with outreach and professional development having the same importance.
